Allow the widget to be above the time

Is your feature request related to a problem?

My widget is blocking the focus of my wallpaper when it could occupy the negative space above the characters.

Describe the solution you'd like

All that would be required is the ability to drag the widget above the clock. So it wouldn't require an additional toggle.
