App timers when opening the app

This suggestion is based on "Minimalist Phone - Launcher". It is very similar to Niagara.

This specific feature caught my attention. Would be an amazing addition to Niagara as well.

One can set the timer when opening an app. And after that time, the user would be greeted with the popup in the picture.
