Open (expand) notifications with right swipe instead of dismissing them inside of a pop-up

Both right and left swipe are used to dismiss notifications inside of a pop-up, and sometimes it can be an inconvenient to tap the small icon in order to open it.

Describe the solution you'd like

As in favorites, the right swipe can be used to open/trigger notifications inside of a pop-up and the left to dismiss them.
