Improve Gesture Navigation (App Closing Animation)
Please Dev, Improve The Gesture Navigation Animation On Niagara Launcher, ik launcher can't change can't do anything here but can tweak the animation on your part to improve it, i and most of the other user waited for Google to fix this issue, but it's been a long time and android 13 is almost on the way, still there's no much improvement, and it's very unlikely it will be improved anytime soon.
Why can't Niagara follow the steps of other launcher, instead of using the fall back to app animation when closing, which pixel launcher uses, Niagara can make use of simple fall down animation which most of the launcher already adopted to like Action Launcher, Aio Launcher, Smart Launcher, Lawnchair, Hyperion Launcher which i have been using for sometime now, so far it seems to be the best in handling the gesture animation, Which is much better the Google's Implementation,
I'm tired of seeing the broken animation every time, i tried switching to pixel launcher recent, lawnchair recent, trebuchet recent (lineage Stock Launcher) it's all the same everywhere,
And after the recent spring update, the animation got worse, when minimising an after sometime, the app in recent screen hangs on the left side of the screen for 2-3 seconds, initially i thought it was stock launcher issue, i still think, but many other user in the telegram also reported the same

Here, you can check out the Hyperion Launcher Implementation, ifeel till Google fixes it, Niagara can incorporate something similar to tackle the broken animation
Niagara already has a smooth animation for me now, when the app is on the favourites screen it shrinks to the icon, when the app isn't on this list it shrinks to the top of the list as if it were the first one.
