hotheaded-vscode Add Volume Controller

So, while I somewhat enjoy VS Code screaming at me, it is too loud. Could you add a setting to change the volume?

I'm sorry to report that the audio library I'm using (node-speaker) doesn't support setting audio levels. I didn't find any other audio library that hade volume settings and suited my needs.

I won't continue to actively look in to this, but I'll keep the issue open in case I find something.
For now though I guess you'll have change the volume of VS Code on a system level.

I think you can make a 3-5 versions of voice files with various volumes, and let users choose in the settings between them, but it will make extension much more heavy.
