I did just test and it seems to be a problem with the OnePlus. On both of my Samsung devices (one running Android 11, the other running 14), notifications bubble...

I've experienced this same bug when playing local files from Spotify, but only local files without album art in the metadata.

I fixed it by clearing cache then crashing app in developer settings, but this is still very much a bug.
