U盘格式化一个esp分区(FAT16/32)，把ru.efi放在/EFI/BOOT 目录下，重命名为bootx64.efi，然后开机F12 U盘启动。

直接格式化应该也行，Fat16/32格式的，主要是命名和路劲要对。
