第一次加载时canvas高度为0

第一次加载、或Ctrl+F5强制刷新时，由于图片未加载完毕，故获取的imgBox的高度为0，导致canvas的高度也为0、放大镜失效。建议：this.imgbox=box此操作应写在img.onload里边。
