Small issues

First thanks for great little app, saves me a lot of time with Spotify ;)

  1. There is no app icon and app name (it just looks better)
  2. Menu-Icon is invisible with dark theme in menu bar

Now the second problem was fixed by https://github.com/7hil/mac_ear_control/pull/6 . I will put a new release built on Mac OSX 10.11 in the Release page recently .
