Add branch for mongoid

Created mongoid branch - works!

Thanks for the contribution. It produces a lot of code duplication though (the Mongoid version compared to the ActiveRecord one) and sure it needs tests, so I merged it into the mongoid branch for now.

Sounds like the right plan -- I needed a quick & dirty solution and this is working so far, but I'll revisit for polish and tests as time allows in the next month.
