eg adapting https://github.com/radio-satellites/python-hrpt and it would use a recording of HRPT off IQEngine

@777arc Yep!

Basically we just need a demodulator for BPSK that can handle HRPT streams, synchronize the sync word and then derandomize (plus convert 10->16 bit).
