Internet Explorer Smoothness

For now, animation on IE10-11 is not smooth. It's choppy. Need to fix timings perhaps?

Hi @EndarValuk animations come from the cool https://github.com/daneden/animate.css

I don't know if we can do anything, have you tried anything?
