Add BIP38

By adding BIP38 it will be possible to make password protected nfc wallet tags

This is the library to integrate: https://github.com/cryptocoinjs/bip38#versions

Enable BIP38 in the settings (ON/OFF)

After the Create NFC wallet button is pressed, pop-up an alert that says:

Creating an NFC tag 
with password:
[password field]

Enter the password and swipe the tag under the phone
