Currently, we have Chat Formatter, and you can try this out.

I can attempt to do this, however it has two problems. Firstly there is no keybind to toggle chat formatter and secondly commands just end up getting sent as text globally instead of being parsed sadly.

You can actually do this by binding /chattools config toggle formatter.Enabled to a whatever key.

This is perhaps fixed now.
