Delay showing incoming call window

When a call comes in, Telephone shows a call window for it and displays a notification. So the important information - the currently ringing incoming call - is being doubled on screen. This is especially the case with the new Keep on Top option for call windows which is turned on by default.

If possible, Telephone should detect if the notification has been shown and delay showing the call window until the person clicks on the notification.
