Allow calling without input audio devices

When the computer doesn’t have a microphone, the call fails with error: “pjsua_aud.c ..Error retrieving default audio device parameters: Unable to find default audio device (PJMEDIA_EAUD_NODEFDEV) [status=420006]”.

It should be possible to make calls even when there are no input audio devices in the system.

I'm kind of running into this (App Store version 1.5.2 on macOS 12 Beta). However I do have multiple microphones connected. But I cannot grant Telephone the necessary rights to use them and it doesn't request them by itself. Therefore leading to calls not being possible at all.
