Don’t close call window on error

When a call fails before ever being connected, the window is automatically closed, as it normally does. As a result, the user a) doesn’t see the error message and code and b) can’t even understand what just happened and why. As a quick fix, the call window should not automatically close in case of an error before the call is connected.
