Honor account status selected by user

When the computer wakes from sleep, all account go ‘Available’ even though the user could have explicitly selected ‘Unavailable’ or ‘Offline’. To be always offline, the user can disable the account. But it is not possible to always keep the ‘Unavailable’ status.
