Dial Prefix

Our SIP server needs users to dial a prefix to select a line before dialing a number. Would be great to see a per account option for dial prefixing!

We're required to dial 9 in order to get an outside line. It would be nice to establish a prefix value so that I don't have to go through my contacts and manually add a 9 to their phone number if I want to call them from the app.
