Provide hooks for when a call is started and stopped

I would like to control a "busy / on air" indicator. Is there a way to get notified as a script/program if telephone starts or stops a call?

I second this, as I would also like to forward incoming call numbers to third party services (e.g. IFTTT, Home Assistant, etc.)
