Updated Chinese Simplified Chinese localization translation

I extracted the complete en_us file from the latest released jar file (I'm not sure why the en_us in the repository is incomplete), and then translated it into a zh_cn file. This zh_cn file is more localized compared to the one in the repository, as the original zh_cn file merely provided literal translations (For instance, 'skyxxx' was translated directly without being relevant to/pertinent to recipes).
