+1 听加拿大多伦多回来的同事说, 那边比较容易, 但是难民也比较多, 破坏了生活环境啥的. 然后是税比较高+社会主义国家, 学好英语就能去啥的...

难民毕竟是少数吧，主要是去美帝也方便。

美帝川普在修移民法，之前是亲属移民为主，现在变为技术移民为主。可能对搞IT的是个好事。

对于没有任何加拿大经历的，如果再没有雇主的加分，现在EE几乎过不了线。不过还可以考虑省提名，那个要求要低一些。

我自己是通过其他项目，不过我又看了EE的线，确实像你所说没有加拿大经历fsw很难过线，现在看还是读一年master划算。

两年的master完后能拿到3年的毕业工签，一年的毕业只能拿1年。毕业后可以走两个项目，一个叫PNP，一个叫CEC。前者只要硕士毕业就可以申请，审批至少一年以上；后者需要在加拿大工作一年然后才能申请。所以两年硕士项目是比较合适的，大多可以在毕业工签的三年内走完这两个项目。仅供参考。
