Kaspersky alarm

hello,

i dont want to trigger panic, but my kaspesky antivirus software indicates that qt-sesam.exe is malware and deletes it. Supposedly: PDM:Trojan.Win32.Generic The code or exe generation should be checked to found out what causes this message.

This problem is known. Don't panic! See "PDM:Trojan.Win32.Generic.wcd". What should I do? for remedy.
