Make the web interface into a PWA if this is even possible

hello @5rahim, could this get reopened? this would make it possible to just install seanime as a PWA instead of having to use an alternative such as hermit browser to achieve something similar. this also seems really easy to implement, nextjs already has documentation on this. i can also submit a PR myself if needed
