feature request: Switch title language without logging into Anilist

Problem Description / Use Case

As of right now, the only way to get english anime titles is to log into Anilist and set the title preference from there, which means that without logging in you can't set that preference.

Proposed Solution

Add a toggle for users without Anilist accounts
