The plugin tray looks really out of place when using the expanded sidebar,

Scale the plug tray with the sidebar as it extends.

Tried to replicate this bug enabling "Expand Sidebar on Hover" but in the current version plugins don't stack like that anymore is this even needed anymore?

I realized i was not using the pin option on plugins fixed on this PR fix: on hover plugin tray #446
