bug: Using Network paths on Windows is semi broken

Setting it to the Network Share

Works in the Library, but when wanting to Download it seems to remove the first slash:

Expected Behavior

It should keep both slashes

Seanime logs nothing about the slash missing, must be UI only.

Chrome logged this when i open the Destination chooser: POST http://127.0.0.1:43211/api/v1/directory-selector 500 (Internal Server Error)
