How to put "user.config" into WiNClean installation directory?

I downloaded and started Winclean v1.3.1 on a Windows 10 system. It works.

Unfortunately it writes all settings to directory

C:\Users\pet\AppData\Local\Scover\WinClean_Path_hflhfxkurn25ysymvl4naj12bs3jrw5o\1.3.1.0

How can I tell Winclean to write user.config file into the same directory as WinClean-x64.exe?

Can this "portabilitiy" option be added to WinClean?
