can't really understand this

I can't understand how to use the bot. I tried to read the guide but seems not to be helpful. Can anyone help me from the beginning?

Download the PogoLocation Feeder. Go to your Bot's config.json and put "true" on "UseSnipeLocationServer". Run PogoLocation Feeder Run your bot
