No Pokemon are being listed at all

I suggest going back to an earlier version

change verifyonskiplagged to false! fixed it for me, was having the same problem, its in your config.json in the pogolocationfeeder folder!

did change "verifyonskiplagged" to false -- still got nothing show on the feeder. as a result, my necro isn't snipping anything
