Can not send announcements to TTS to Alexa Windows App

I've been using this for Node-Red to to speak time every 30 mins on my Alexa app on Windows store app. But since the major update done by Amazon to their app this stopped working. Checked by selecting the 'Echo Dot' that works without an issue. So this is only effected for App. But app has no issues playing other none 'alexa-remote2' announcements that comes through from devices. Appreciate if this can be fixed.
