cannot type on webpage in Microsoft edge browser

I can type words on address bar but the IME is diabled when typing on webpage

You can try switch to other IME and switch back. I found Windows 10 has some wired effect when switch between its own IMEs to others 3 Party. I tried many different 3rd party IME last year. However, IME developed by C++ in native way like this HKCantonIME got the fewer issue.
