Make /stations endpoint a valid GeoJSON FeatureCollection document

Loading the /stations endpoint response directly into a DesktopGIS as a valid GeoJSON document is just two changes away.

1. Make the response a Feature collection, adding a wrapping JSON-Object and a type attribute
2. remove the "NaN" value from Z-coordinates
