Add mime type to /extras metadata fields

Extra metadata fields can have different types (string, boolean, number). If they would be extended with an additional mime type, a client could distinguish better what the content of the string or the URL behind a string is (or can be).

Could be used to distinguish sensor metadata encodings in #136
