Improve build pipeline

We should integrate Travis build pipeline and deploy on sonatype instead of our local 52n repository.

........I try to guess, what you mean by that: In case you mean that this requires an extra repository, too, I have to agree. But this should not be an argument to keep more extra repositories than needed.

But it's an argument against Sonatype/Maven Central... I'm not sure if they're enforcing the rule for snapshots, but they are definitely not allowed for releases on Maven Central. And the SOS pom currently lists 3 external repositories:

• http://52north.org/maven/repo/releases
• http://download.osgeo.org/webdav/geotools/
• https://repo.boundlessgeo.com/main

Additionally, some modules require artifacts to be manually installed (MSSQL, Oracle)...

Actually it is not forbidden but discouraged (scroll to the bottom). The https://github.com/52North/series-rest-api also includes geotools as external repository and it has been released (at least alpha versions) several times.
