mastercatalog still uses container concepts

the mastercatalog still has references to the container concept. If these are obsolete methods/members delete them. In other cases a rename should be done to explain what's the intend.

They exist for your benefit as they tell the system for which scheme a container concept makes sense or not. It is true that container/catalog names are sometimes used interchangeble. To be honest I dont mind as much as I used the container 'name' in the case were I see the catalog purely in the role of container and I couldnt care less about its content. I can see though that sometimes is somewhat confusing
