small bug: does not always remember/respect border/padding values

I have created a tile with 0 padding.

Sometimes when I use kTile to move/resize a window, it still adds some padding.

So far in my testing I'm unable to reproduce the issue, even matching your layout of 4 x 2 with 0 gap. Is it a specific window that won't move/resize?
