Suggestion: use arena_round_start & arena_win_panel
Some newer ability subplugins are now using arena_round_start / arena_win_panel instead of teamplay_round_start / teamplay_round_win. I mean after all, FF2 rounds are arena rounds anyway...
This would render the need of a 9-11 second timer unnecessary as arena_round_start applies the effects once the setup counter reaches 0, instead of during the setup time.
(BossTweaks, Thi Barrett's subplugin, My 2 ability subplugins are some examples of subplugins using this.)
Oh, wonderful. Didn't know that arena_round_start applied at the actual start of the round.
