GET /photos/:photoId/comments not validating consumer_key

Hi there! Just thought you might want to know that the comments endpoint is not validating consumer_key.

That is https://api.500px.com/v1/photos/:photoId/comments?consumer_key=abc and https://api.500px.com/v1/photos/:photoId/comments are working in the exact same way.
