Consumer Key Impossible to Obtain

When I submit an app on your settings page https://500px.com/settings/applications I could never obtain a Consumer Key cause I receive "Oops, an error occurred." Message and I could do nothing.

How can I develop an app for 500px if I couldn't register for an app? Thanks

Hi @lucamicheli, this is actually a known issue with the code that handles creating a client application, and we haven't yet been able to come up with a good fix.

You can try these workarounds:

1. Make sure there are no special characters like emojis in your application name
2. When creating an app, don't select an application icon. You should be able to edit the application and add one after the app is created.
