My ip often temporarily blocked by 500px, why?

Our company have developed a 3rd app using 500px api，these days we are testing our app before it go online in product environment，we have 2 tester using the app ， but we find our ip are frequently blocked by 500px so we cant access 500px api. May i know the reason？ so we can avoid this .

We limit an app’s traffic, but the limit is fairly high and I’m surprised you’re hitting it during your testing. I can check for possible reasons why you may be blocked

What is the username under which the app is registered?

I experienced this behavior last week as well, but only when I was testing some new login code. So it seemed that some number of login attempts in a short period of time would get me blocked for an hour or so. (App registered under "negativeeddy")
