Left/Right Navigation in TV Apps Row

When long pressing DPAD_LEFT, DPAD_RIGHT on a tv app row it jumps back to the top non tv apps row. Is there a way to make it stay on the same tv apps row and after it passes the left most or right most app, it starts from the other side again? So if you long press left and it passes the left most app it starts from the right most app and goes left again?
