IIRC, it occurred when I tried running the script manually or to deploy it. it's Google's way of to let us know that the application has not been verified. This typically occurs when an app is requesting access to sensitive information in the Google Account.

We need to go through Google's verification process for the app; it involves a security assessment and a review of the app's privacy policy, among other checks, to ensure the app is safe to use.

So this only affect a handful of developers (basically us 3), and the effect is that we need to click some OK button? If I'm right, this doesn't sound that important - removing the important label, free to restore if I'm missing something.
