GeneralAssistance category improvements

It's the most critical category we have, as we display it within every other category, so we need to make the best use out of it.

1. It is currently cluttered with 4 regional WhatsApp groups that don't even have that many users
2. Many of our Volunteering/Main initiatives should actually be there - the criterion should be: "does this initiative offer general help that could apply in theory to any area, and as such makes sense to be displayed within each category"? For example, IronSwordsVolunteers easily answers this criterion and it's currently not there.

1. We should be able to share that category as well, currently there's no way because it's just added to every category.
2. Understood that there's an initiative of one form that is sent to all the hamals. We should add option to send request to that form from GeneralAssistance Category

1. what about displaying it when no category is selected, specifically when browsing to the main page https://www.linksforisrael.com/ ?
2. How did you come to that understanding? What is that "uber" initiative?? I doubt it would get sent to "all" the hamals, for the simple reason that I doubt they know of all of them, and/or willing to cooporate with them...
