Update on hover mobile experience for the green validation icon

On Desktop it has on hover effect but on mobile it has no functionality. Should be, one-click open hover another click close it.

1. The current experience is pretty bad, some sites have it but the vast majority don't, which might lead users to believe the vast majority weren't validated
2. IMHO we should get rid of it completely, and just write somewhere (title / bottom pane etc) that everything is validated
