Daily cron Github Action task to fetch from Google Analytics most requested 5 initiatives and update Trending Category JSON.

  1. While possible, it will require a custom GitHub app (as opposed to the native github-actions bot we currently use) in order to bypass main's branch protections (in order to update the trending category JSON without manual intervention): https://github.com/orgs/community/discussions/13836#discussioncomment-2901138
  2. What exactly is the frontend component of this task? Perhaps this should be the proper startup/blank experience when you navigate to the site (and no category is selected)?
  3. Do we even have this information in our telemetry? If so, where exactly?
