Make ko.connect a noop if already connected

It's sort of icky to have to make sure you run ko.connect before requiring your models. Would be nice to have the option of just running ko.connect at the top of each model file.

The other solution to this is having a models index file that calls ko.connect and then requires all the models.

But it's nice to have options
