[Enhancement] Scalable Recipes/Inventory count

At the moment when having "Display Inventory Items" enabled the shown items and recipes overflows the game screen, with enough different ingredients.

Adding an option to scale down (or up) the shown Items and Recipes would fix this, and be a good QoL improvement for the Tool. Could be a simple double, with a default of 1.00. Changing it to 0.50 would halve the size on both width and height.

That sounds like a reasonable suggestion. I'll see if I can add it to the settings.
