[DeviantArt] Add support for recursive ripping

RipMe 1.4.16/8bfd15e largely works on DeviantArt.com ...

1. Ripping itself functions great so far with JPG, PNG pics and GIF animations in small galleries/folders (max 3 pages). Other things and larger sizes untested.
2. However, recursive gallery/folder ripping doesn't work, so essentially RipMe functions like fully functional ('fully functional' meaning it downloads everything it sees, unlike ...) JDownloader.

Can you give examples of what recursive ripping would look like?

^ Recursive is simple: all folders visible on the current address and below the detected folders are downloaded.

http://miss-symph-0x0.deviantart.com/gallery/ has 3 uploads in gallery root, which are downloaded just fine. But her folders are unmentioned without explicitly linking them, which given a big enough gallery is a big job (my gallery has over a dozen folders, for example, but no subfolders) without manually parsing the HTML.

I know in versions well before DA made the big changes the recursive gallery/folder ripping worked perfectly.
