New rate limiting on Paheal

As of today you get tempbanned after about 10-15 page loads.

Tested some more, seems like I'm getting temp banned from the main site (but not the image servers) when I try to update a bunch of tags that have had few, if any, changes. Maybe it's going too fast between pages?

We might need to add a limit. Do you know enough about coding to try out a modification to the ripper? There are plenty of other rippers that limit request rate to keep from getting banned. For example, the EHentaiRipper.
